HOW IT WORKS​

DIET, DETERMINATION & DISCIPLINE

No tricks. No gimmicks. No fad plan. Just diet, determination and discipline. 
Because you are what you eat, we'll begin with your diet.

Your weekly meal plan for 7 days will consist of a custom menu and grocery list for 4 meals per day with snacks. This will be paired with a personalized cardio and exercise plan. We'll start with 4 weeks. Every week you will take a picture of yourself standing on the scale with your weight. I will track your progress and adjust your meal plan and exercise schedule accordingly. 

I will hold you very accountable.
I will text, email, call... all of that. I want you to get through this program and achieve your personal goals. If you truly want to succeed and maintain a healthy lifestyle, I can help you achieve that goal. You have the ability to text me at any point if you have any questions, or you need to know what choices to make.
