D. JOHNATHAN M.Because fitness isn’t a one size fits all scenario, we must have a differentiated approach to how each body type achieves their goals. I have a “endo-mesomorph“ bodytype, which means I carry a lot of muscle and can carry a significant amount of body fat as well. Strength and muscle size is not an issue for me...carb sensitivity and a relaxed approach to my diet, was my Achilles heel. I’ve been in this fitness game for thirty-plus years and during that time, I’ve seen my body fat as low as 8% and as high as 40%. I have the tools and knowledge to change my body, but as I’ve gotten older, I’ve lacked the discipline necessary to do so. That’s when I turned to Ivory. I was stuck in a flux between 314-318lbs. Following her meal plan and having to answer to her about how I was doing, helped me cut to 288lbs in three weeks of work. I live in the gym...but I ate like a family of three. That was insanity. Ivory helped by grabbing the reins on my table habits; marrying my highly intense workouts to her meticulous dietary approach. The result have been fantastic. So much so. I’ve brought others to her for help.
